Congratulations to Deshawn, winner of the Bosch Stainless Refrigerator in our drawing today. A special thanks to Bob Burnett’s Appliance for their generous support of St Jude’s Children Hospital. All proceeds from tickets sales go directly to St Jude. A big thank you to everyone who participated and helped us raise over $14,000 for this great organization. Merry Christmas everyone!

Our annual “Toys For Tots” toy drive is well underway. We will be collecting new, unwrapped toys for local children through December 13th at our location at 160 S Church St. Spartanburg. Help us bring a smile to a child’s face this Christmas! Merry Christmas everyone!🎄

Congratulations to all the competitors who came out Saturday for our Push and Pull Competition at Nautilus Fitness Center! All proceeds went to St Jude Children’s Hospital. This was our 46th Anniversary!!

It’s finally here! Inviting everyone to come out and support your favorite lifters on Saturday Nov 18, and help raise money for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Competitors can sign up thru day of event. All checks for entry fees or for anyone wishing to make donations should make checks payable directly to St Jude. Come compete or cheer the competitors on as we raise money for the Children of St Jude! Last year we raised over $ 15,000 so this year help us to go over that amount. Competitors, get your friends to sponsor you for a certain amount for each pound you lift!

We lost a great friend and tremendous powerlifter Christmas Day as Mal went to his eternal home with JESUS. We will be sharing a lot of wonderful memories as we celebrate his life Sunday January 22nd at 4pm.
