βPlease explain what day-to-day life was like before beginning Vision Therapy:
π¬ βI was prone to falls because I was not aware of obstructions below my knee level. I had trouble reading signs. I had trouble reading my computer or a book. I was limiting my driving out of town and not driving after dark. My peripheral vision was erratic.β

βWhat does your everyday life look like now after completing Vision Therapy?:
π¬β I am much more steady on my feet and more balanced. I can walk on uneven terrain more easily. Reading from a book is much easier- and I donβt lose my my place. I have more confidence driving and am able to engage with my my peripheral vision more consistently. I drove after dark for the first time on Saturday and felt safe.β
βIs there anything you would like to share with others who are considering Vision Therapy?
π¬βThe therapists are great and provide support and encouragement. They are very clear in their instructions and provide a supportive atmosphere. They are helpful at problem solving and doing & the the exercises with various strategies. They adapt.β
