PGY5 Dr. Johnson and PGY1 Dr. Arab teamed up for an emergency laparoscopic appendectomy. Our Acute Care Surgery/Trauma rotation is the busiest in the program—giving residents hands-on experience with managing trauma cases, ED surgical emergencies and urgent and elective procedures through the ACS clinic.
