💪 Plan Ahead: know your specific triggers (people, locations, or scenarios) so you can create a plan on how to respond during celebrations.
🙋♀️ Stay Connected: with friends and family who support your recovery. If you can’t be with them physically, make plans with those you trust to do frequent check-ins.
📲 Have Emergency Options: no one can predict every possible scenario, so make sure you know how to contact your recovery counselor or someone else who is supportive of your recovery.
