✨ CarLeigh’s Story of Love ✨
Meet sweet CarLeigh Rose — a bubbly, loving 5-year-old who finds joy in loud noises (especially trucks 🚛), children’s voices, and snuggles. 💕
In April 2022, CarLeigh was diagnosed with Multiple Sulfatase Deficiency, an ultra-rare genetic disease with no cure. Before her diagnosis, she was walking, talking, and meeting milestones — but her growth slowed, and her family knew something wasn’t right. After countless tests and appointments, their worst fears were confirmed.
In 2024, CarLeigh lost her ability to walk, and soon after, her mobility and communication. Today, her family focuses on comfort, love, and quality of life — choosing to treasure every moment together.
Her mom shared:
“We take each day as if it’s her last and love more than yesterday.”
At Hands of Hope, we are honored to walk alongside CarLeigh and her family, providing compassionate, comfort-focused care. As her parents shared, “They’ve been nothing short of amazing.”
