On this day 25 years ago, we open our doors and saw our first patient. It's hard to express the gratitude I feel for having been able to meet and work with some many fantastic people. I think we've been able to help many, many people, but they have in turn helped me in profound ways of growth, joy, and wisdom. If you are reading this you are probably one of those people that I feel truly blessed to have met along this journey. From the depths of my heart, may I say a sincere thank you for blessing me and my family. To God be the glory for great things He has done.

Hey Gang! I thought I'd post a quick 5 minute routine that will refresh you and restore your movement abilities.
1) Breath into your lower lungs. Notice where my hands are placed and the rise and fall with each inhale and exhale. Perform 5-10x.
2) Lower body led rolling. Using your lower body to drive the movement, Stretch one over the other and continue until you end on your front side. Same technique returning to your back. Breath through the movement (no breathe holding). Repeat in each direction 3-5x
3) Hands and knees rocking. Head up to address posture (notice the spine stays straight through the movement). Again, breath through the movement. BONUS. Try stretching one leg out to the side, keeping your knee straight. A nice stretching sensation will likely be felt along the inner thigh.. Repeat 8-10x for each leg.
4) Hip swivel to modified hip pidgeon pose. Swivel both knees in the same direction. Gently lean forward using your hands to guide the movement. Your hold the stretch and breath or perfomr 5-8 repetitions for each side.
5) Smile more than this guy in the video. This is fun and feels great!

Day 4 of our Restoration series...Restoration starts where the person is.
That's a fancy way of saying if you can move, you can heal. Don't believe untruths like I'm just old, or I can't get any better. If you are willing to work, you can get better. Day 3 of our Restoration series... 3) The Body is Designed to Heal.
Yes you can move better and feel better no matter what your history, your injury, or your age. All movement is good. If you can move then you can change. Come and find out what movements can help you heal and feel better until you reach your best. Saturday June 17th 9:00-11:00am. Cost is $59 for this workshop where we will teach you about your body and help you begin to engage in the movements that your body needs in order to heal.

Day 2 of our series on Restoration with the following truth...
2) The body is preprogrammed with the movement patterns that we need
So, why did I post a picture of a baby crawling? Have you ever thought about who taught you how to walk? Of course the answer is no one taught you. That movement program was already in you at birth and over the course of a year or so, it began to express itself. You have to go through 5 specific stages in order to get upright and on your feet.
When you've been injured, are in pain, or have been less active than you should be, it's a great idea to go back and re-visit those fundamental steps. When you do you'll be feeling great in no time.
Come and learn the 5 stages of development that when practiced can lead you to feeling amazing again. Saturday June 17th 9:00-11:00am. Cost is $59. You'll leave knowing what and how to do to restore your body to the best it's been in years.

Hey Friends! Not moving as well as you want to and don't know what to do. Well, have no fear, we are here to help!! JUNE 17th 9:00-11:00am we will teach you how to solve many of your movement issues. This two hour movement class will provide you with the following:
1. Learn the Original Movement Template that restores and re-invigorates your body.
2. Learn how to plan and prepare for your future goals and endeavors.
3. Find out your movement score and what to do if you aren't where you need to be.

This will combine both training and participation in reclaiming your movement abilities to help you feel better than you have in years. 💪
