With more than three decades of real-world experience providing support services to a wide variety of Wireless Voice and Data, LMR, Government and private Communications network and infrastructure clients.
PCRG, LLC is currently hiring experienced Tower Technicians and Civil Technicians for work in the Tampa Bay/Orlando/Naples FL areas.
Primary Responsibilities – TOWER TECHNICIAN
• Must have minimum of 1-year experience or equivalent as a Tower Technician.
• Knowledge and experience of major carrier site configurations
• Work as a part of a team with the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships/communication within a small group of co-workers
• Installation of RF and antenna system components such as BTS, RRUs, antennas, TMAs, diplexers, COAX, grounding, supports, weatherproofing, connectors, hardware, etc.)
• Identify essential materials and tools to carry out scope of work according to client and industry methods of procedures (MOP)
• Ability to operate tools of trade (hand and power tools and test gear)
• Prioritize and organize work to maximize time efficiency with given deadlines
• Read, implement and reline RFDS and site CDs.
• Perform Job Safety Analysis, promote team safety and proper PPE with risk mitigation
• Computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook)
• Must be able to work at various heights
Required Certifications
• OSHA 10 or 30
• Competent Climber
• Competent Rigger
• Capstan Hoist Operator
• RF Awareness
• NWSA TTT1
• CPR & First Aid
• Hazard Communications
• Bloodborne Pathogens
• Current driver’s license
Primary Responsibilities – CIVIL TECHNICIAN
• Install, connect and test underground and above ground grounding systems.
• Moderate flat-work concrete forming, pouring and finishing.
• Carpentry and miscellaneous trade skills.
• Landscaping, grading, and fence building as necessary.
• Complete work in a timely and efficient manner as delegated by Civil Crew Lead.
• Work with Construction Supervisors and Civil Crew Lead to maintain a safe job site.
• Assist fellow employees in completing tasks on a teamwork basis.
• Must be able to work overtime to include Saturdays, Sundays and evening hours.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.

With more than three decades of real world experience providing support services to a wide variety of Wireless Voice and data, LMR, Government and private Communications network and infrastructure clients.
PCRG, LLC is currently hiring experienced Tower Techs. As a Tower Tech, your initial duties will include, but not be limited to, assisting crews safely and efficiently working on new site builds and antenna and line troubleshooting, etc., while ensuring quality work is performed in compliance with company and government safety requirements.
Primary Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Must have minimum of 1-year experience or equivalent as a Tower Tech.
• Must have an understanding and the ability to safely perform work maintaining and installing equipment on wireless telecommunication sites (this includes, but is not limited to working on towers, rooftop, and ground-based sites installing, troubleshooting and maintaining antennas, RRU’s, base stations, cabinets, sector mounts, cable tray, ice bridge, COAX, fiber/power, GPS, etc.),
• Have an understanding and the ability to safely perform civil work including grounding, trenching, conduit installation, concrete finishing, demo, H-Frame, etc.
• Must be able to troubleshoot telecommunication network issues (equipment issues, line/fiber issues, etc.) and resolve issues using a Site Master, PIM Tester, AAT (Antenna Alignment Tool), OTDR Fiber Tester, and other industry test equipment.
• Have computer knowledge and experience in completing internal and client COP deliverables (including, but not limited to JSAs, field reports, and COP deliverables (pictures, sweeps, fiber tests, forms, etc.)
• Must be able to follow and enforce company, client, and governing body (OSHA, ANSI, etc.) safety and operations policies and procedures.
• Must have strong housekeeping skills (ability to maintain a company vehicle, issued test equipment and tools, jobs site housekeeping, etc.)
Certs required are OSHA 10 or 30, Competent Climber cert, Rigging, Capstan Hoist, RF/EME, CPR & First Aid and NWSA TTT1.
We offer CLC and/or Hotel Engine for lodging.
We pay a daily per diem of $30.00 while on the road which is included on your check as a reimbursement.
We pay an industry competitive wage weekly.
We pay for transportation to and from home for approved breaks.
We pay for all PPE (with the exception of work boots and work clothes).
We provide all tools that are necessary to do the job safely and proficiently.

• Must be reliable
