White Oak Village is located in the quaint town of Tryon, NC and is surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains. Active Aging Week encourages adults over the age of 50 to take advantage of all that life has to offer. The goal of this week is to promote wellness initiatives and get bodies up and moving! Our Wellness Center staff has been busy accommodating this group. The apartment staff launched the week with a Hawaiian waffle bar and outdoor movie, which was moved indoors due to rain.
