Anne is a fully licensed therapist at Healing Solutions who brings a deeply nurturing, gentle presence into her work with children, adults, & families. She has a natural way of helping clients feel safe & supported, creating a calm space where growth & healing can happen at a comfortable pace.

Anne is a Registered Play Therapist, using developmentally appropriate, hands on approaches to help children (& even older clients) express emotions, build coping skills, & work through challenges in meaningful ways. She is also a Nationally Certified Anger Management Specialist, helping clients better understand emotional triggers & develop healthier ways to respond & communicate.

Anne works with individuals, couples, & families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, & major life transitions. Her warm, patient style makes her an especially strong fit for clients who benefit from a steady, encouraging, & compassionate therapist.
