Thanks to Beverley Benson’s State Farm team for putting on a community shred event that raised $1,075 to support diabetes education for patients and caregivers. These funds support classes for uninsured patients and provide one-on-one guidance around diabetes self-care. Grassroots support like this makes education accessible and lives healthier.

The USC Upstate Women’s Club Volleyball Team spent October serving up support for patients in our community. They transformed their volleyball tournament into a powerful grassroots fundraising effort for Gibbs Cancer Center and the Cancer Special Needs Fund.

Their teamwork, leadership and commitment help ensure local patients facing cancer have access to essential resources and support services when they need them most. We’re incredibly grateful for the impact they created both on and off the court! 🏐💚

In the Spartanburg Community Since 1991

The Spartanburg Regional Foundation serves a vital role in Upstate South Carolina by supporting Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System and nonprofit organizations who work to address healthcare needs in the community. For more than 25 years, the Spartanburg Regional Foundation has raised money through direct contributions, sponsorships and events to support health and wellness. The Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization and gives back nearly $3 million to the community every year.
