πŸ’š Year 5. We are still full from Saturday night.

Be Kind To Your Mind: From Surviving to Thriving brought our community together in the most beautiful way β€” and reminded us exactly why we do this work.

There was music. There was laughter. There were tears of gratitude. There were neighbors meeting neighbors, stories being shared, and stigma quietly losing its grip β€” one conversation at a time.

We celebrated two incredible individuals with our annual awards, and watched a room full of people stand up and say: mental health matters here.

To everyone who came out, volunteered, sponsored, donated, and showed up with an open heart β€” thank you. You are the reason this event exists and the reason it keeps growing.

To our Evergreen Sponsor and all of our generous community partners β€” we could not do this without you.

Five years ago, we planted a seed.
Look what's growing. 🌱

Here's to Year 6. πŸ’š

πŸ’š Community. Connection. Remembrance. πŸ’š

We were honored to be part of Cam’s Walk at β€” a meaningful event held in memory of son and a powerful reminder of why mental health awareness matters.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our table, shared a moment with us, and supported this important cause. When community organizations invest in mental health, everybody grows.
We are so grateful to shine a light on one of our wonderful Be Kind To Your Mind community partners β€” The Forrester Center for Behavioral Health 🌻

As a proud Seed Sower sponsor, The Forrester Center has invested in something that matters deeply: a Spartanburg community where mental wellness is celebrated, stigma is reduced, and neighbors show up for one another.

Their generosity helps us keep this event free and accessible to everyone β€” and that means the world to us and to the people we serve.

Thank you, Forrester Center, for planting seeds of hope alongside us. πŸ’šπŸŒ±

Some partnerships are built to last β€” and ours with Regensis Behavioral Health is one of them.
As we count down to Be Kind To Your Mind Year 5, we want to take a moment to shine a light on one of the partners who helps make our mission possible every single year.

Regensis Behavioral Health has been with us as our Evergreen Sponsor β€” standing alongside MHA Spartanburg in our commitment to mental health awareness, education, and reducing stigma in this community.

Their support doesn't just fund an event. It helps us say to Spartanburg County: mental health matters, and you are not alone.

Thank you, Regensis. From all of us β€” and from every person whose life is touched by this work. πŸ’™πŸ’šReGenesis Health Care
