We had a great time today at our Nourish & Thrive nutrition workshop, hosted at the beautiful Church of the Advent!

A big thank you to our generous host, and to our incredible presenters: Head Chef Pano Stathakis and Clinical Dietitian Jessica Morrison from Spartanburg Regional.

Clients and their families enjoyed a delicious and healthy lunch featuring salmon, chicken, asparagus, roasted potatoes and tomatoes, and rice pudding with fresh fruit.

Our clients went home with a free cookbook, full of recipes to try at home!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a day of good food, great conversation, and practical tips for healthier living.
