A look back at our January 20th Nourish & Thrive workshop at Gibbs Cancer Center – Pelham.
Participants learned practical nutrition and cooking tips, then put them to the test with a soup flight featuring Lemony Chicken Soup, Black Bean Soup, and Miso Soup with tofu and greens, plus berry cobbler and rolls.
