After a serious fall left him with multiple broken bones, Steven Petty entered the Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness Center or therapy and nursing care. With determination and support from nursing and the rehab team, he regained independence in daily activities and mobility. Now back home, Steven is grateful for the compassionate care that helped him reach his goals.

Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness Center of Spartanburg is a skilled nursing facility located on White Avenue in Spartanburg, South Carolina. We are located just a few miles from all of the conveniences of downtown Spartanburg. We are proud of the care we provide, while we recognize that there is more to life than medicine and therapy. That’s why we work hard to provide our residents with a warm, supportive environment as well as a variety of choices for social and recreational activities. Our Services include: ◾Rehabilitation/Skilled Nursing ◾Long-Term Care ◾Wound Care ◾IV Therapy ◾Medicare/Insurance Case Management ◾Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech/Language Therapy ◾Restorative Care ◾Social Work/Discharge Planning ◾Hospice Multi-Disciplinary Team: At Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness Center of Spartanburg, the multi-disciplinary team includes an independent physician, a nurse practitioner and a Medical Director on staff to attend to our residents. They are available to answer any questions you may have related to the care of your loved one.
