Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness Center of Spartanburg is a skilled nursing facility located on White Avenue in Spartanburg, South Carolina. We are located just a few miles from all of the conveniences of downtown Spartanburg. We are proud of the care we provide, while we recognize that there is more to life than medicine and therapy. That’s why we work hard to provide our residents with a warm, supportive environment as well as a variety of choices for social and recreational activities. Our Services include: ◾Rehabilitation/Skilled Nursing ◾Long-Term Care ◾Wound Care ◾IV Therapy ◾Medicare/Insurance Case Management ◾Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech/Language Therapy ◾Restorative Care ◾Social Work/Discharge Planning ◾Hospice Multi-Disciplinary Team: At Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness Center of Spartanburg, the multi-disciplinary team includes an independent physician, a nurse practitioner and a Medical Director on staff to attend to our residents. They are available to answer any questions you may have related to the care of your loved one. Physical Rehabilitation and Wellness Center of Spartanburg also offers: ◾Wound Care Specialist ◾Nurse Practitioner ◾Licensed Nurses ◾24-Hour Respiratory Therapy ◾Physical Therapist ◾Occupational Therapist ◾Speech Pathologist ◾Social Workers ◾Activities Director ◾Registered Dietitian ◾We offer services through an independent Dentist, Ophthalmologist, and Podiatrist
