As summer fades and fall begins to show its colors, I’m reminded how closely we mirror the natural world—constantly evolving and shifting with the seasons. 🍂 As the air cools and the days shorten, it's easy to feel a sense of scarcity creeping in. But with that comes an invitation to embrace the slower pace ahead.

I’ve been leaning into this change, taking time to adjust my habits and settle into September. Just as we’re adjusting to the season, I wanted to share some important updates to help you plan your time at He Sapa Studio. ✨

A few quick updates:
1. September is booking up fast. I have a couple of spots left on Friday morning (tomorrow), Sept. 13 (9–11:30am), and my next openings are the week of Sept. 25.
2. Saturdays are in high demand, especially for those of you with a 9–5 schedule. I just had a cancellation for this Saturday, Sept. 14, at 10am, and my next Saturday availability is Oct. 5. If Saturday works best for you, I encourage you to book soon!

Happy Monday! June was filled with many exciting new beginnings, and as we enter July, I'm still working hard behind the scenes to perfect this new journey. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for your kindness, patience, and understanding as I strive to bring you an experience that goes beyond “just a massage.”

Good morning friends and family,

I’m excited to share that I'm in the final stages of opening He Sapa Studio, a massage practice dedicated to promoting wellness and healing within our community. To help cover the remaining costs and bring this dream to life, I’ve created a GoFundMe campaign.
