🍁 The winds shift. The trees begin their slow exhale. Today, we cross the threshold into fall. In shamanic living, this is a time of descent, of listening to the roots, of honoring the spirits of decay and transformation. This isn’t just sweater weather, it’s a sacred turning. It’s time to listen deeply, to journey inward, and to honor the spirits of change.

🍁 Shamanic living teaches us to engage directly with the spirits of nature, through experience. Fall is the season of introspection, harvest, and ancestral connection. It’s not about “letting go” in a trendy way, it’s about honoring what dies, what feeds the soil, and what dreams emerge in the dark.

🍁 Gentle Invitation: I invite you to light a candle, breathe with the trees, and offer gratitude to the land beneath your feet.

Potty training day 1: Olivia cried & asserted her stubborn side....a lot. (Mama might have cried a little at the end of the day too. 🥴🙃)

Change is hard & it's scary. So today we allowed Rife to support this big transition on her emotional, mental & energetic levels.

In combination with a BodyTalk session from Jessica Farrier, today is a much better day.

I'm so grateful for all of the resources we have access to! 💛
