Yin Yoga by the Creek at 8:30-9:30AM; Please note that we may have class indoors in the 1919 Cabin or on the turf if the creekside spot is too damp from the rain. I ain't complainin'! This beautiful green summer has been breathtaking 💚💦

Hi Everyone! Happy first day of summer! If anyone is looking forward to enjoying Sunday morning in the cathedral of nature, maybe think about biking up the canyon to join me at at Rim Rock Lodge for some slow and steady yoga!

Sunday's 8:30 AM Yin Yoga will Start next weekend, June 24 but if you don't want to wait that long to enjoy yoga in the canyon, Monday's 5:45PM class starts this week on June 18! Once again, message to reserve a spot or text 605-204-6675.
