Friends, been feeling to make us a post in divine time on my favorite protein breakfasts that are super duper ez quick meals for busy mamas and creators:
On this picture Mama Power Oats:
Prep the night before:
• oats cooked with water, cinnamon, and Himalayan salt
In the morning warm them up and add:
• h**p milk (for extra protein)
- ghee or butter
• raw h**p seeds- for more protein
• pumpkin & sunflower seeds
• chia + flax seeds
• 1–2 Brazil nuts
• collagen powder (mine has monk fruit so it’s naturally sweet)
Can use raw honey for sweetener if your collagen doesn't have sweet...
• a sprinkle of my secret mama boost: raw wild bee pollen
• fresh fruit like banana or blueberries
✨ Cozy, nourishing, super quick to make, and ready to fuel the day.

Yay! I get to do these for me and kiddo, for him no bee pollen or he will go bonkers 🙂 And I really am trying to have my breakfast before coffee, not always easy 🙂

It’s been such a gift to enjoy this beautiful weather! 🌞♈️💞. Feels like a yoga class at the park is what spirit is moving inside of us! Stay tuned for an impromptu get together 🩵♾️🌷 We just celebrated several days in nature for our birthdays. Exploring our world. Day trips then integrated at home. What a grand way to celebrate w a toddler & pup!
