About Me
Hi! My name is Teresa Gueffroy and I’ve been a full-time licensed massage therapist since 2006 after graduating from Headlines Academy of Massage in Rapid City, SD. I’m also a practicing Reiki Master/Practioner, and I have received my Third Degree Reiki Attunement in 2008. My approach to Bodywork is unique. I integrate Swedish Massage with a variety of modalities that include, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping and hot stone massage to promote relaxation, alleviate chronic aches and pains and those who suffer from fibromyalgia. I weave in Reiki, and use my knowledge of Aromatherapy, crystals, tuning forks and chakra balancing so that mind, body and spirit can have a greater potential to heal. I believe that we all have an innate ability to heal and my compassion and careful attentiveness to your needs will provide a healthy environment for your body to heal. I address both physical and energetic issues, gently guiding your body, mind and spirit towards peace, balance and relaxation. It would be my pleasure to serve you as your Massage Therapist and Bodyworker!
