Monument Health Family Health Education Services Family Health Education Services is a full service SD PLAN Program Title X site, providing Quality, Inclusive, and Affordable Reproductive Health Services.

Reproductive Health services: Birth Control, STI/HIV screening, Pregnancy testing & All Options Counseling, Annual Exams, Breast & Cervical Cancer screening, Vasectomy Fees: Services for uninsured clients, or services your insurance doesn't cover, are calculated on a sliding fee scale, based on your income. We also accept private insurance* and Medicaid! (If your insurance doesn't fully cover services, you haven't met your deductible, or you have co-pays - these fees may be reduced depending on your income level with the sliding fee scale, making services more affordable!)

*Any client may request enhanced confidentiality for any Title X service. This means the clinic will not send a bill for services, and no explanation of benefits, agency patient portals, or agency billing will be sent out. Want to Schedule an Appointment or Have Questions? Our Story

Family Health Education Services offers quality confidential reproductive healthcare to men, women, and adolescents on a sliding fee scale, cost for services is based on your income. We also accept private insurance and Medicaid! Women over 30 may qualify for the All Women Count! Program, which covers a yearly Well-Woman exam, Pap smear, and yearly mammograms over 40. Our reproductive services include: Exams, STD testing and treatment, Birth Control and free Condoms, Natural family planning counseling, Sexual Health Education, early cancer screenings (Pap smears, Breast exams) and pregnancy testing/options counseling.
