🚵♀️ Women’s Mountain Bike Mondays with Mountain Movement Chiropractic
Looking for a welcoming group of women to ride with in Spearfish? We’d love to have you join us.
Mountain Movement’s Women’s Monday Ride was created to build community, help more women gain confidence on the trails, and create a fun, supportive place to ride together.
Hosted by Tessa Hansen, who started Mountain Movement Chiropractic’s Women’s Monday Ride, this group is designed for women who want to get outside, stay active, improve their riding, and connect with others who share a love for mountain biking.
No two Mondays are exactly the same, which is part of the fun. Some rides are geared more toward newer riders looking to build confidence and get comfortable on the trails. Others are better suited for riders looking for more of a workout with bigger climbs or a stronger pace. No matter the ride, these are always **no-drop rides**, meaning we ride as a group and no one gets left behind.
Some nights may focus on skill-building, sessioning features, or exploring different trail systems around the Black Hills.
Whether you’re newer to mountain biking or have been riding for years, this is a welcoming group built around movement, community, and having fun on the trails.
