The holidays are meant to be a time of relaxation and time spent with loved ones, but the pressure and expectation to "do it all" often takes away from that. It is so easy to get caught up in the stress of party planning, gift buying and wrapping, and decorating, and forget what this season is truly about. In addition, many are also walking into this season carrying grief, regret, worry, and the heaviness that comes from living in a broken world. Take a moment today to let go of the expectations and enjoy the gifts of this season. Gifts of family, friends, beauty, light, joy, and hope. Let this be a reminder that the hard things and the good things can exist at the same time. Allow yourself room to feel both, and use these reminders to help you as you navigate this holiday season. ❤️🎄❤️

1. Only buy toys meant for their age
2. Show them how to use toys safely
3. Keep an eye on them when they play
