Beginning September 1, 2025, our clinic will be adjusting hours on a trial basis to better serve our patients and community.

🕒 New Temporary Hours:

Monday- 8:00AM-6:00PM
Tuesday- 8:00AM-6:00PM
Wednesday- 8:00AM-6:00PM
Thursday- 8:00AM-6:00PM
Friday- 8:00AM-4:30PM

We’ll be monitoring how these changes work for our patients and staff, and we truly value your feedback during this trial period.

Servolution Health Services began as a non-profit free clinic located in the old Powell Valley Vocational School building in Speedwell, Tenn. In November 2017, SHS received designation as a Rural Health Clinic which enables us to not only see uninsured patients but also insured patients, including TennCare and Medicare. We also offer options for self-pay.
