For an appointment .We also provide Smile On 65+ affordable care for 65 or older for Tennessee residents ‼️

Beginning September 1, 2025, our clinic will be adjusting hours on a trial basis to better serve our patients and community.

🕒 New Temporary Hours:

Monday- 8:00AM-6:00PM
Tuesday- 8:00AM-6:00PM
Wednesday- 8:00AM-6:00PM
Thursday- 8:00AM-6:00PM
Friday- 8:00AM-4:30PM

We’ll be monitoring how these changes work for our patients and staff, and we truly value your feedback during this trial period.
