One of my FAVORITE things about the summer is peaches!!!! 🍑
They are low in calories and high in nutrients. Also, they won’t spike your blood sugar if you eat them in moderation. You can thank their fiber content for that (make sure you eat the skin!)
Not only are peaches a source of Vitamins C and A, but they are loaded with antioxidants - the compounds that lower inflammation in the body.
Peaches are also hydrating! They’re 85-90% water!
So if you want a sweet treat that helps with eye health, skin health and collagen production, pick up a peach. Your body will thank you later.
