A bit about Bob

Bob Falter is a licensed Connecticut and Massachusetts real estate broker and a certified Massachusetts real estate instructor. Bob retired as a Captain (O-6) from the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service in 2001. He received his M.B.A. from the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University and his Ph.D. from Walden University’s Institute for Advanced Studies. After serving as a healthcare administrator, correctional health care administrator, and licensed nursing home administrator he made a career change to residential real estate in 2004. Since 2006 he has volunteered at UMassMemorial Medical Center in their Pastoral Care Department. In addition, he currently serves on the Financial Advisory Committee to the Board of Selectman and the Board of Assessors in the Town of Brookfield. His primary focus is working with Buyers, Investors and Sellers in the residential real estate market utilizing the skills and experience gained over 12 years: ●Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), ●Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), ●Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), ●Military Relocation Professional (MRP), ●Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and ●Short Sale Foreclosure Certification (SFR), and others. He is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR), the REALTOR Association of Central Massachusetts, and the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA).
