We are excited to announce that Thrifty White Pharmacy located in Spencer, Iowa, has underwent restoration following the impacts of the flood and will reopen for business on Thursday, July 11th at 9am!

The temporary mobile pharmacy located in the South East Corner of the Menard’s parking lot will close on Wednesday, July 10th at 7pm.

Starting on Thursday, July 11th at 9am all prescriptions records will be transferred back to the pharmacy located at 715 S. Grand Ave. in Spencer and will be available for pick-up at that time. Thrifty White Pharmacy in Spencer can be contacted at (712) 262-1523 upon reopening.

June 25th Update. Thrifty White Pharmacy in Spencer, Iowa is closed due to flooding. A mobile pharmacy has been set up in the Southeast Corner of the Menards parking lot at 1301 12th Ave SW in Spencer. The mobile pharmacy hours are 10am-7pm Monday through Friday. For prescription needs, records have been transferred to Thrifty White Pharmacy in Paullina located at 127 North Main Street. The phone number is 712-949-3490, press 0 to speak to pharmacy staff to refill your medications.

Prescriptions will be filled at Paullina and delivered to the mobile pharmacy in Spencer three times per day: at 10am, 1pm, and 5pm. Prescriptions are available for pick up only at the mobile pharmacy. All medications will need to be filled in Paullina at this time.

Thrifty White Pharmacy in Spencer, Iowa will have a mobile pharmacy set up to support prescription needs in the Spencer, Iowa community. The mobile pharmacy will have limited services beginning at noon (12pm) Monday 6/24/24. Prescriptions waiting for pick up at the Spencer Thrifty White before evacuation on 6/22/24 will be available. The mobile pharmacy will be located in the South East Corner of Menards parking lot. The address is 1301 12th Ave SW, Spencer, IA 51301. Additional communication will be available as the mobile pharmacy becomes further equipped to support additional needs and services.
