Today we're celebrating Jamie's 6th workaversary with Northwest Vision Care! 🥳
Over the past six years, she's been part of countless patient experiences and everyday moments that make up our NWVC story.

Outside of work, Jamie is a devoted mom to two fabulous kiddos, Emmerson and Landen. This is a reminder that each team member brings their own unique story, balance, and heart to what they do, making our NWVC family even more special. 😊

🩷🩷 Today, we wear PINK to honor Dr. Breuer's breast cancer journey and recognize everyone affected, raising awareness during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 🩷🩷

Did you know? 💡
🎀In the U.S., about 1 in 8 women, or roughly 13%, will develop breast cancer.
🎀About 15% of diagnoses involve family history; having a first-degree relative nearly doubles your risk.
🎀Roughly 9% of new U.S. cases occur in women under 45.
🎀The 5-year survival rate for all U.S. breast cancers is 91%.
🎀The lifetime risk of a U.S. man developing breast cancer is about 1 in 726

What you can do right now: 🫵
👩‍⚕️🧑‍⚕️Schedule a conversation with your doctor to discuss when you should start getting mammograms. This is usually at age 40, but it may be earlier if you're at high risk.
