Have you ever noticed how much harder your body feels during sports season… especially when it’s cold out?

Between practices, games, heavier gear, colder muscles, and busy schedules, the nervous system takes on a lot more stress than we realize. And since it controls movement, coordination, recovery, and even immune response when it’s overwhelmed, the whole body feels it.

We often see more:
• Stiffness and tension
• Slower recovery after activity
• More aches during cold weather
• Kids (and adults) feeling run-down mid-season

That’s why keeping the nervous system in check during these seasons matters not just for pain, but for how the body adapts and stays resilient.

Stretch Thursday reminder 💻✨

If you’ve been sitting at a desk, staring at screens, or carrying stress in your shoulders, this one’s for you.

Gently tilt your head to one side, relax your shoulders, and breathe. Hold for 20–30 seconds each side. No forcing — just easy movement.

Small stretches during the day can help support posture, reduce tension, and keep your neck and upper shoulders feeling better between visits.

💡 If neck or shoulder tension keeps returning, chiropractic care can help address the root cause.
