Continuing our Wednesday stretches series!

Our spines do so much for us every single day — from helping us move to keeping us upright and balanced. A few quick stretches can make a world of difference in how you feel! 💪

Here are a few of my favorites to keep things loose and happy:
🧘‍♀️ Cat-Cow Stretch – Great for waking up your spine and improving flexibility.
🌳 Child’s Pose – A relaxing stretch that gently lengthens your back.
🙆‍♂️ Knee-to-Chest Stretch – Perfect for releasing lower back tension.
🦋 Seated Spinal Twist – Helps ease stiffness and improve mobility.

🦶 Stretch of the Week: Ankle Circles

Tight ankles can mess with your balance, squats, and even walking. Keep them mobile with this simple stretch!

How to do it:
1. Sit and lift one foot off the ground.
2. Slowly rotate your ankle in big circles — 10 times each way.
3. Switch sides.

Why it helps:
✅ Better balance
✅ Deeper squats
✅ Fewer injuries

Quick, easy, and super effective. Give it a go!

Let’s be real — we weren’t built to sit like shrimp at a desk or scroll endlessly on the couch. Your body needs to move… and sometimes, it needs a little help getting back on track (aka, an adjustment).

So go ahead: stretch, walk, dance in your kitchen, do an awkward yoga pose — whatever gets you moving! And if things are creaking, cracking, or just feeling off… you know where to find me. 😉

We are going to start a weekly Wednesday series of simple stretches that will help start your day off on the right foot! 

🚨🚨please only do this while you are sitting down we dont want anyone to hurt themselves

🦶 Good Posture Starts at Your Feet!

Strong, aligned feet set the foundation for your whole body. Try these 2 simple stretches:

1️⃣ Toe Taps: Tap your toes up and down 15–20 times to wake up foot and ankle muscles.

2️⃣ Tennis Ball Roll: Roll a tennis ball under each foot for 1–2 minutes to release tension and improve balance
