With my office currently under renovation, I’ve embraced the return to home massages. Thanks to my amazing friends, I’ve got a portable table and am back on the road, just like old times!

And just like that my equipment is done for…

I’m one of the fortunate ones in the midst of the recent floods in Spencer. Many friends and colleagues lost a lot and some still have no places to stay.

My home still stands but all my office equipment and furniture is done for. My plans to expand and grow these next few weeks are on pause indefinitely.

But I’m alive and that’s what matters! 😊

This client came in with significant neck stiffness and limited range of motion, along with headaches and difficulty focusing on daily tasks for three days.

Treatment included a combination of targeted stretches, muscle work, and cupping, I helped improve their range of motion and overall well-being. By the end of the session, they felt amazing!

Thrilled to announce my move to Spencer, a long-time goal coming to fruition!

Currently at the Healing Tree, in the heart of Spencer, offering Swedish, Deep Tissue & sports massages. To my lakeside clients: you’re not forgotten! Exploring options for a satellite office in your area soon. But in the meantime, Spencer isn’t too far😉, and with this move, I’ve got more flexibility!

Back in Barbados, I stumbled upon the inspiration for my practice’s name. 7 years ago, I envisioned a sanctuary where clients could truly escape. Villa Nova, nestled in St. John’s lush landscape, always exuded tranquility during my school days.

Though now abandoned, its remnants still whisper relaxation. Sharing a piece of my journey with you.
