While the 911 system is down please call Spencer Police directly at 508-885-6333 for all emergency services in town. They operate the dispatch center for Police, Fire, & EMS.

Update:** 4:00 PM The state 911 system is back up and functional.

The very bottom link on that page is to a live map maintained by MEMA showing any power outages in the state.

Power outages are short- or long-term loss of electric power.

We are hiring for two separate positions!!

We are currently accepting applications for full and part-time civilian dispatch positions. Responsibilities include receiving and dispatching calls for police, fire, emergency medical, public works and animal control.

Any person who is interested is asked to fill out the Town of Spencer employment application which can be found using the QR code below or following this URL link.
