🌿 From pregnancy to postpartum — this week reminded me why I love what I do.

💙 Full Circle Moments

My favorite massage moment this week was a full circle one. 🌿

A client I cared for through seven months of her pregnancy returned for her first postnatal session. Seeing her again—now as a new mom—was such a tender reminder of the strength and adaptability of the body.

Our work together was slower, softer, deeply restorative. A quiet space for her to rest, release, and reconnect after months of giving so much of herself to someone else.

These are the moments that remind me why I love what I do—
to hold space for healing in every season of life.
