Because of the catastrophic damage to our building and the loss of much of our equipment, we will be closing Crown Clinics. For the month of July, we will be available to send prescriptions or answer questions. Please contact your pharmacy with prescription refill requests. We will be working with our patients to transition to new providers. Feel free to reach out to us and we will send your records to a healthcare provider of your choice. The best option will be to email us at this address: contact@crownclinicsmobile.com.

We can’t thank you enough for your support and trust over the past 10 years. It has been an honor and privilege to care for the people of this community.
