Despite any school closures or delays, Monday Feb 23rd Class is on with Gordon. If you can safely make it to the village, please join us!
Caitlyn, Jenn & Gordon will be subbing yoga classes while some of our instructors are out of town. So, if you haven't had the opportunituy to take class from them yet, now is a great opportunity!

Yoga Classes are covered over the next couple of weeks
Caitlyn, Jenn & Gordon will be subbing yoga classes while some of our instructors are out of town. So, if you haven't had the opportunituy to take class from them yet, now is a great opportunity!
You can always check who is teaching by opening your Stonewall Abbey Wellness APP and clicking on the class of your choice.
Please note that there is no Pilates class Thursday 19th. Class will resume the 26th.

Starting with Gentle Flow Yoga with Dyanne Wednesday morning 28th, 9am! Gym is open. Though the parking lot and ramps have been plowed, please mind your step. Access to both the gym and the Sanctuary is clear from the right side ramp when facing the building. Please use this way instead of any of the unplowed areas. Thank you
