Hands down my favorite Christmas present this year 🎄✨

An Alpha-Gal Gal bobblehead 🦸‍♀️💚 — tiny, mighty, and always looking out for safe eats 🥗🚫🥩

It made me smile, laugh, and feel so seen 🥰 Some days this journey is hard, but little moments like this remind me how much support and love is around me ❤️

Birthday win 🎉🎂

This weekend was my birthday and I celebrated out with friends at and then enjoyed some live music next door.

I had an amazing server who listened and made sure everything was OK and I enjoyed a safe duck dish with no reactions! 🙌✨

This isn’t how it always goes, which made today even more special 💛

And the cherry on top? My sweet friend brought a vegan cake so I could have a safe dessert too 🧁🥹

Grateful for the people who show up, the small wins, and days like this 💕

Today, I had lunch at a new to me restaurant. This is always a bit daunting. I checked the menu beforehand and figured I would be able to make something work.

To my surprise, my waitress knew about and assured me the chef was well versed and would make me a safe meal. This type of reaction makes me feel so seen and welcomed - not an annoyance. Sure enough, I had a delicious, safe meal. Prior to my diagnosis, I didn’t understand how something this seemingly simple, could make me feel so loved and safe.

Thank you, for being awesome! Can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend the Shrimp Po’ Boy and chips. 😘
