Today’s talk featured subjects around nutrition, movement, nature, and career development.

Every walk looks a little different, in subject matter and weather, but what stays the same is the willingness to show up and move our bodies.

You don’t need to come to every walk. Life happens. Try it out with us and see how you feel. My motto is treat everything like an experiment. Take note of what works and what doesn’t. It’s all just data.

“Hope is a woman, who lost her fear.” - Alice Walker

Thank you to Christine for sharing this quote on our Wellness Walk along the Sperryville Trail this past Monday.

I believe hope and fear can coexist, and yet the real magic happens when we release those fears. This leaves us to fully experience the hope we create within ourselves. Sometimes it takes gentle coaching, a few glimmers, or simply sitting with it to help let go of our fear.

Join us next Monday at 1pm for our final walk for March.
