Every vision board is unique. Yours will reflect how you want to feel in 2026. Even if you include activities or specific goals, the main focus is the feeling they create when you reflect on your vision.

This one was made on a giant pizza box from (because I love re-using and reducing waste!). Small frames are available too—you can glue, tape, or snap a photo to capture multiple visions.

This workshop is designed for:
• Those feeling burnt out
• People struggling with motivation or focus
• Anyone wanting productivity without pressure
• Those who just want to try something fun!

Kick off the new year on the right foot with our First Day Hike along the Laurel Ridge Community College Connector Trail! 🌿 Join our Parks and Recreation Director on January 1st for a guided, family-friendly adventure filled with conversation about nature, upcoming trail developments, and exciting plans for the year ahead.

-Meeting spot: Parking lot at the back by the current LRCC gravel trailhead
-Who’s welcome: All ages – bring the whole family!

🥾 The Journey
Our walk will take us from gravel paths into the woods, out across a wildflower meadow, and through the Turkey Run watershed before looping past the Fauquier Education Farm. But the real highlight is slowing down to notice the wildlife that thrives even in the cold season.

This is about slowing down and checking in with how you actually want to feel this year, and what you want more (or less) of in your real life.

I’m offering 1-hour guided vision board sessions throughout January.
Nothing rigid. No forced goals. Just space to explore the vision first.

Pssst… guess what I’m doing!

I don’t believe in setting goals for the new year. Wait, what? A wellness coach saying that? Unheard of.

I believe in envisioning how you want to FEEL and the things you want to be doing. Finding the core reasons behind the goals themselves is what actually creates the goals. Understanding the why helps propel you forward — not setting rigid tasks and then feeling like a failure when you don’t complete them.

There’s a time and place for SMART goals, but in my opinion, when the new year is dark, viruses are around every corner, and grief or mental health struggles may be showing up, it can be better to simply… play with the vision instead of setting the goals.

I’m gearing up to offer one-on-one vision board workshop options throughout January. More to come, but feel free to message me if you’d like to learn more.

⭐️ Exercise Goals ⭐️

Something I could only do recently has now become part of my weekly routine. This clip shows my fourth set of 12, and lately I’ve been daydreaming about completing 100 straight through.

No, I don’t have a perfectly laid-out SMART goal for this yet. Right now, I’m focused on staying consistent, building strength, and letting the goal take shape as I go.
