I’m trying something new and would love for you to join me!

Starting in March, I’ll be hosting a community walk every Monday at 1pm along the Sperryville River Trail. This is an informal gathering to get outside, move our bodies, and connect, whether we chat about health and wellness or nothing at all.

I’ll create a Facebook event each week to get a headcount, but feel free to come last minute. Show up as you are, when you can, and enjoy some movement as we thaw out from winter together ❄️🌸

Sometimes it’s the smallest things that carry us through a hard morning, a long week, or even an exhausting season. We rarely know what someone else is holding, but the moments we share can become a ✨glimmer✨ in their day.

A thoughtful message.
A steady listening ear.
A photo or song sent just because it made you think of them.

Glimmers can also be quiet moments you notice on your own. Sunlight through the window. A deep breath. A child’s laugh.
