Most of the wear and tear we see in vinyasa isn’t from one catastrophic thing.
It’s the small compensations people repeat hundreds of times because no one ever offered another possibility.
The floppy burpee.
Dumping into the shoulders.
Throwing yourself through transitions instead of organizing the body first.
This isn’t about making everyone move “perfectly.”
It’s about helping students build awareness and create patterns that support them long term.
One of the biggest things we focus on in training is learning how to recognize those moments and offer options that create more support, more connection, and more sustainability in practice.
Because not every student needs the same expression, shape, or transition to experience the practice.
