As we move into the busy holiday season, my schedule is booking out farther than ever—and I’m so grateful for the continued support from each of you. Because appointments are in such high demand this time of year, last-minute cancellations can be especially tough.

If something comes up and you need to adjust your appointment, please let me know as early as possible. Your advance notice allows me to offer that time to another client who’s been patiently waiting to get in before the holidays.

Client Update!

While my back is still doing great, I have noticed more discomfort the past week. To keep from getting back in a mess like before, I’ve decided to cut back my schedule some!

I typically would see 4-5 clients a day before my surgery and I now feel that 3 will be my max until further notice!

That being said my schedule may not be as flexible! I do encourage those who can to go through my website and schedule appointments in advance. You can book as far as a year out.

I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause! I definitely want to be doing this for many years to come. And I feel this is what my body currently needs. Thanks for all your support!!! 💗💗💗

As I’m finishing up my 4th work week back since my surgery recovery, I can’t help but think of how blessed and thankful I truly am!

5 weeks ago I didn’t know if I even would be able to return. And here I am stronger than before! And STILL PAIN FREE!!!!

Thank you each and everyone for your hugs, gifts, and great conversations we’ve shared these past few weeks. I have so missed you all!!! And it sure feels so good to be back!!! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
