Client Update!

While my back is still doing great, I have noticed more discomfort the past week. To keep from getting back in a mess like before, I’ve decided to cut back my schedule some!

I typically would see 4-5 clients a day before my surgery and I now feel that 3 will be my max until further notice!

That being said my schedule may not be as flexible! I do encourage those who can to go through my website and schedule appointments in advance. You can book as far as a year out.

I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause! I definitely want to be doing this for many years to come. And I feel this is what my body currently needs. Thanks for all your support!!! 💗💗💗

As I’m finishing up my 4th work week back since my surgery recovery, I can’t help but think of how blessed and thankful I truly am!

5 weeks ago I didn’t know if I even would be able to return. And here I am stronger than before! And STILL PAIN FREE!!!!

Thank you each and everyone for your hugs, gifts, and great conversations we’ve shared these past few weeks. I have so missed you all!!! And it sure feels so good to be back!!! 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

Hello! Just wanted to let my clients know that I am returning to work this week! I have my schedule opened up. So if you can online book please do so!

Also please be patient with me as I try and get caught up!!! I am taking a slower approach with my return so my schedule may be limited. While I feel 100% at this point, I know my body may say otherwise once I get back in the swing of things.

Update:
Hello! Just wanted to let everyone know how my healing journey is going! 😊

Today I had my first post-op appointment, my incision is healing well and everything looks great. I haven’t been experiencing any pain since surgery. 🙌🏻 The doctor was so pleased to hear that I haven’t needed any pain meds since the day after my surgery.

I am still out of work until I completely heal. The doctor mentioned going back on light duty. So I am tossing around the idea of doing some chair massage appointments. If this is something you may be interested in please message me.

As of right now my next appointment with the doctor is April 24th. At that appointment I should be cleared to go back to work! 🤞🏻Tentatively I am looking at the first week in May to be my start back date. If that changes I will keep you all posted!

Again I want to thank every one of you who have called, texted, or messaged me! It’s brought so much joy to my heart to know I have people in my life who care. And for your prayers! I have DEFINITELY felt God’s hand on me these past several weeks. I am eternally grateful for each and every single one of you! Much love! 🫶🏻🤟🏻
