• 6-month (autopay contract) = $104/month We have different types of classes for all experience levels, including: Yoga (Vinyasa, yin, beginner, gentle & strong); Barre (mix of aerobics, yoga, cardio & light strength training); and Paddle-board classes in the summer at the lake.

During the holidays it gives space for me to think through the many years of teaching. I think of all the clients that have passed through the Studio doors. I have so much gratitude. I also think of all the teachers that have taught at The Studio! I am so thankful for all the different personalities and expressions that each teacher has offered.

Thank you for all the people that have supported me and the Studio! Hats off to a new year! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I am so excited for the years to come. Merry Christmas, happy new year and God bless.
