rienced surgeon with specialized training in vein disorders and treatment as well as cosmetic surgery. He is a Board-Certified General Surgeon and a Board-Certified Phlebologist. Dr. Keli Kolegraff, MD, PhD recently joined her father's practice and is excited to be back in her hometown. She is a Johns Hopkins-trained plastic surgeon performing cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. Nicole Stall, NP-C, DCNP is a Board-Certified, Dermatology-Certified Nurse Practitioner. Niki focuses on skin issues, including skin cancer, as well as skin care and laser skin treatments.
