Do you have forward head posture? Many people do. Forward head posture can lead to many conditions such as headaches, muscle pain, degeneration of the spine, and even pinched nerves (stenosis). Individuals taking less than 2000 steps per day had significantly higher all-cause mortality. Whereas those taking at least 8000 steps per day had significantly lower all-cause mortality.
