So… what needs to happen? 🌿

We know the facts:
✅ Oklahoma’s medical cannabis market is worth $1.1 BILLION annually.
✅ It could grow by $1.5–$3 BILLION more each year if patients weren’t punished at work for using legal medicine.

So what needs to happen?

1️⃣ End outdated cannabis drug testing.
It doesn’t measure impairment — it just punishes people for safe, off-the-clock use.

2️⃣ Protect workers.
No one should have to choose between their health and their job.

3️⃣ Align state policy with state law.
Cannabis is legal medicine here. Our workplaces should reflect that reality.

4️⃣ Federally legalize cannabis.
So that schools, hospitals, and other institutions tied to federal funding are no longer forced to enforce anti-cannabis policies.

5️⃣ Grow the economy, not stigma.
Protecting patients = billions in new revenue, more jobs, and stronger local communities.
