Ok so I need to know if I have any friends that are in Spokane/ Airway Heights/ Cheney or surrounding that want to start a workout/ pool/chair exercise type of thing with me. I need to get this weight and water off of me so I can actually be a person again and not just a blob.

I am tired of this. Disgusted with myself and what I have allowed myself to become. I have a lot to lose and I need help. I always end up sabotaging myself or being left to go alone before I am ready. So some days you might need to be the motivation for both of us. And unfortunately I don't have my own transportation so you would need to come to me.

I have to relearn how to eat properly in the sense of a balanced diet/ lifestyle. I am currently very much in need of core strengthening and pain control. Thank you in advance.
