Where Should Grab Bars Go? Grab bars aren’t just for emergencies, they help prevent falls before they happen.

Here are some common places where grab bars can be installed:

• Beside the toilet
• Inside or outside the bathtub
• In the shower

Our Grab Bar Assistance Program provides up to 2 free grab bars and installation for eligible individuals.
