Some days it feels like your brain has fifteen tabs open and none of them are loading. You lose your place mid sentence, reread the same line three times, or bounce between tasks without actually finishing anything. By the end of the day you are exhausted and frustrated, wondering where your focus went.

Brain fog and scattered thinking are really common when your nervous system has been handling stress, poor sleep, or constant screen time for a long time. Your brain is trying to keep up. It just needs better support.
