Food update! Ribfest was a hit for our residents! Homemade BBQ sauce and slow cooked to perfection! Dessert didn't disappoint either! Homemade Caramel Cheesecake with a caramel drizzle topped with fresh mint from our garden!

Big SHOUT out to all who came to Our Brighton Your Day BBQ today! And to our Chef and kitchen staff! Spokane Indians mascots, Otto & Doris came to party with us as well! I forgot to take pictures of the buffet bar with baked beans, BBQ ribs, cheeseburgers, hotdogs, red potato salad, green salad, chips, lemonades and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies!

Last nights dinner was delicious! Homemade hand battered Cod filets, with lightly crispy fries, homemade tarter sauce with a side of green beans! Meals here are only $5! Call to get the menu to see when you want to come for a meal!

In 17 years of senior living I’ve never been blessed to have our chef make meals from scratch! Tonight is shrimp scampi with roasted broccoli ands homemade bread! Thank you Chef Mark for making everything so fresh! Assisted living and memory care never looked so good!
