With adding in the wellness side of the business and focusing in on how your muscles function and how their joint mobility directly ties into the therapeutic massage aspects, I have really been trying to practice what I preach.
I'm on day 2 of a 30day "Get Moving" goal (This is my third attempt). Motivation is a serious struggle some days and I frequently feel discouraged and that I'm not doing enough for my own health. I try and push for an intentional 10minutes a day to move, stretch, and work on joint mobility. Some days I barely feel motivated for that 10minutes, and then other days, like today, I knock out a whole 45minute workout because I feel good and want to keep going. That's ok though, the point is just to get moving every day and use those muscles so that you maintain muscle function and mobility. Some days are going to be better than others. So, don't be discouraged! Find what works for you, whether 10minutes or 60minutes and just move with intention.
