Specializing in faith-informed care, affair recovery, and compassionate guidance for every stage of life. Sara Yarbrough, a licensed Marriage and Family Specialist (LMFT, LMHC, AASAT), is dedicated to supporting stepfamilies, individuals, and couples in ministry leadership, as well as those affected by betrayal. Beyond her client work, Sara serves as the clinical supervisor for our counseling interns, offering mentorship and professional development to emerging therapists. With over 25 years of experience working with youth and families, she is also a seminary-trained pastor.

Starting January 5, 2026, all in-person appointments will take place at our Spokane Valley office.
