Redox Biochemistry:
Redox Biochemistry or also known as Cell Signaling biochemistry is an exploding field of science. Molecules observed and once thought to be useless by-products of cell metabolism are now understood to be messenger molecules carrying critical information in a complex cell-to-cell communication network.

Another simple explanation is the body's use of molecules that are very fleeting. Stress, damaged, diseased & wound impacted molecules are short of an electron so they are unstable and it rapidly traveling through the body to find molecules or ions that have an extra electron. (the native healing process, with a dwindling supply of native molecules).

Thus, adding bio-identical molecules by supplementation enhances the body's supply and gives it the potential for healing, endurance, recovery, repair, anti-aging, & health at the cellular level giving the body the tools needed.

Redox regulation is crucial for how our bodies use oxygen to produce energy, especially in muscles, where this process is essential. Studies highlight that reactive oxygen and nitrogen species (RONS) play a key role in signaling muscle adaptation during exercise. Understanding these signals has been a major focus of scientific research. This review aims to explain how RONS activate specific pathways in muscles that lead to adaptation, such as creating more energy-producing mitochondria, remodeling muscles, forming new blood vessels, regenerating nerves, and the impact of external antioxidants on these processes.
