Stop by the Meeting House in the South Perry District of Spokane, to chat with Local author Tracie Wenski about her debut book, Reflections From Within. Bring a copy to have signed or pick one up at the event. Ice tea and Lemonade will be provided and there will be a drawing for a fantastic giveaway basket. All who attended can enter to win at no charge.

Reflections From Within, created by local author and certified therapeutic journaling coach, Tracie Wenski, is the tool you need to learn the fundamentals of therapeutic journaling, what the benefits are and how to use therapeutic journaling to promote well-being during challenging situations and seasons of life. With six chapters of workshop style guided journaling exercises.
Author Tracie Wenski, a Spokane local, is a wife, mom, certified therapeutic journaling coach, and founder of Sisters in Christ women's group. She is passionate about helping others, enjoys research and public speaking, delights in time spent with family and her rescue dog, Mike. In the summer she will often be found kayaking the rivers and lakes of her home town.
