                                            It’s spooky season… and sometimes the scariest part of women’s health isn’t the ghosts or ghouls 👻
It’s the misinformation.

💀 “Birth prep doesn’t matter.”
💀 “You have prolapse? No running, jumping, or lifting… ever.”
💀 “We’ll clear you for everything at 6 weeks postpartum.”
💀 “Painful periods are just part of being a woman.”
💀 Only breathing exercises when you want to return to sport.
Here’s the truth:
Your body is strong, adaptable, and designed to move.
You deserve guidance that actually supports your goals — not fear-based limitations.
Better outcomes do come from education, strength, nervous-system support, and progressive return to activity.
