What a great opportunity!

Learn how to make clay tiles and have one included in a public mosaic sculpture! Artists-In-Residence Lisa Soranaka and Mallory Battista invite the community to help make tiles to incorporate in their large mosaic sculpture, "Sun Shine Through" that will be featured on North Monroe at the base of the Garland hill next year.

We are a Licensed Children's Residential Facility. We need driven, passionate, and lively individuals that would love to assist developmentally disabled children/teens in daily life skills. Our goal is to help these kids reach their full potential, as we teach them, and give them the opportunity to be included in their community!

Requirements:
-High school diploma or GED

-21 years of age

-A reliable vehicle with valid Auto insurance
-1 year experience with children or within developmental care
-The ability to work weekends
-The ability to pass a state and federal background check

Shift Available:

DAY Shifts: Full or part time

-AM shifts (7am-3pm) are available SAT/SUN

-PM shifts (1pm-9pm) are available 7 days a week

NOC Shifts (overnight): Full time

-MON through THU 10pm-8am

-FRI through SUN 9pm-9am

PAY:

-!!!$500 Hiring Bonus (Paid out at 30/90 days of continued working employment)

-Depends on experience and education

-Minimum days starting at $17.00/hr or $18.00/hr with BA Degree in related field

-Minimum NOC shift starting at $20/hr

-Raise available after 90 days

We are a Licensed Children’s Residential Provider in the Voluntary Placement Services Program. Our mission is to give at risk developmentally challenged children and their families a new beginning. We provide the services, stability and love that are needed for these children to develop socially and academically. Our goal is for them to reach their highest ability and achieve success in their relationships, schools, and communities.
